Just back
from festivals such as L'Etrange, America and Fifigrot, we decided to focus
notably on the Etrange Festival for this show. It's been twenty years now that
this festival exists, and it's been at least fifteen years that we go there to see
films and hear good music. We broadcasted excerpts of the interviews we had
with David Thomas from Pere Ubu, or with Ivan Kavanagh, an Irish filmmaker
whose latest film, "The Canal", is a conscious homage to cinema, and to
the story of horror cinema in particular. We do not know yet when it will have
a national release in France. We talked about some of the films we have seen
and also reviewed the DVD release of the movie "Dreamscape". We also
announced many concerts that will take place this Fall in Toulouse.
