On March 24th, we met New-York-based French musician Joakim for a long conversation around his newest album, Samurai. The interview was done one week before a big three-day-long release party at the Salo Club in Paris. We talked about New York, exile, Japanese culture, synthesizers, creativity, game boys, dance, Joseph Conrad, cannibalism, love and many other things.
